We have been around the block: 1st Choice Personnel is a privately owned and operated temporary, temporary to hire and direct hire staffing organization founded in May of 1980. Our original vision of being the Northwests leading provider of staffing services remains the same today as we near the end of our third decade. Since 1980, we have grown from a local business in Shreveport, Louisiana to a regional Mid East company with multiple offices in Texas, Louisiana and Idaho.
