Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician (Shifter) to support daily operations in an industrial environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and automation systems to ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.

Duties:

Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on industrial electrical and automation systems. Maintain equipment during assigned shifts, read and interpret schematics and blueprints, document repairs and maintenance activities, follow all safety procedures, and work with team members, leadership, and contractors to support daily operations.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience required. Experience with PLCs, drives, motors, instrumentation, switchgear, and control cabinets preferred. Must be able to read schematics and blueprints, pass a background check, drug screen, physical exam, and complete written and practical assessments. Technical degree in electrical/electronic technology preferred.
