Job Overview:

We are actively seeking dedicated and reliable machinists to join our dynamic team at a local manufacturing facility in Longview, Texas. This temp-to-hire position offers a chance to work in a versatile environment with opportunities for growth and hands-on experience.

Duties:

Operate CNC machines (lathes, milling machines) to fabricate precise parts from raw materials. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet machining specifications. Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges to ensure product accuracy. Set up and operate multiple machines efficiently. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment, including daily checks.

Job Requirements:

Strong knowledge and experience with FANUC CNC and some HAAS controls. Ability to work in a team environment, sharing knowledge and skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is preferred.
