As a Make Ready Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that residential properties are prepared for new tenants. Your expertise in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge will be essential in this position.

Duties:

Responsibilities - Conduct maintenance and repairs on residential properties - Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues - Perform electrical work including using an ohmmeter - Paint residential units to maintain a fresh appearance

Job Requirements:

Requirements - Experience in facilities maintenance and residential painting -Capability to use hand tools -Experience in dry walling is a plus -Experience in plumping is a plus - Proficiency in mechanical knowledge and electrical work - Ability to fabricate, and read schematics - Strong leadership skills to coordinate maintenance activities - Capability to maintain and repair residential properties efficiently
