Job Overview:
Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service serves as a key point of contact for customers — both walk-in and phone inquiries — providing exceptional service while supporting sales, order processing, and installation coordination. This position combines front-line customer service responsibilities with inside sales duties to ensure accurate communication, efficient scheduling, and a positive customer experience throughout the sales and installation process.
Duties:
Meet with walk-in customers, remodelers, & replacement sales clients to determine requirements ,recommend products. Provide accurate price quotes, product details, credit terms, & order information following company procedures. Enter and manage sales orders, quotes, and returns in the system accurately. Follow up on pending quotes& leads to secure sales opportunities. Contact customers to confirm appointments& ensure post sale satisfaction. Monitor scheduled shipment & installation dates& more
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred. 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or administrative support (manufacturing /construction industry preferred). Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with strong customer focused attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with MarketSharp or WTS is a plus. Strong organizational & multitasking skills with attention to detail. Ability to work as a team. B
