Job Overview:

A local company is seeking a skilled individual for the position of CMS Horizontal Expander. The successful candidate must be capable of building the coil lace, setting up the machine and table, pulling up programs in the CMS expander, expanding coils to meet print specifications (requiring use of a tape measure within 1/16), and performing leak tests on coils after brazing.

Duties:

Build and lace coils. Set up the machine and table. Pull up and execute programs in the CMS expander. Expand coils to precise specifications and ensure they meet print requirements. Perform leak tests on coils after brazing.

Job Requirements:

Available to work shifts starting from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with overtime as needed (including some Saturdays). Must wear steel toes, safety glasses, and gloves.
