Job Overview:

Seeking a Commercial Construction Supervisor to oversee commercial projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include managing crews, coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules and budgets, ensuring quality work, and enforcing safety standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in construction management with strong leadership and communication skills.

Duties:

Perform drywall, painting, framing, and finish work while supervising daily job site operations. Manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, order materials, ensure compliance with building codes, maintain quality standards, and keep projects running efficiently to meet deadlines and project goals.

Job Requirements:

Experience in residential and commercial construction required. Must have strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors. Knowledge of construction processes, job flow, and multiple trades preferred. Must maintain professionalism and represent the company positively on all job sites.
